Turnabout is fair play - in my 'trumpian dystopia' a woman could be CIC, surrounded by women, signing a national bill requiring a minimum 12 day waiting period for men to be prescribed boner pills, where a prescription could only come from MDs with hospital admitting privileges and from one of two approved boner pill dispensaries in each state.
Further, during the waiting period, the men would be required to undergo extensive physical day-long physical testing (to determine 'if their heart is healthy enough...') and should the men not meet objective criteria prescribed by law, the MDs could not issue the limited prescription for the boner pills (or doing so would put their MD license in jeopardy).
The new law to be signed by the female CIC would also require the MDs to certify (again at risk of their license) that the men had watched a lot of images of men being humiliated by their partners for not being able to get up an erection on their own.
Lastly, the men receiving the boner pill prescription would also be required by law to carry a minimum of $2 million child support insurance to care for any children accidentally conceived from their now-drug enabled and working schlongs.
