Hell. Is Trump planning on paying for his wall by redirecting funds meant for sanctuary cities?

That possibility just occurred to me. RWers have been talking about withholding funds from sanctuary cities for a long time. I haven't read or heard of anyone suggesting taking those funds and using them to build Trump's idiotic wall. But if Trump thinks he can get away with it -- and God knows this GOP Congress won't stop him -- this way of funding the wall would probably really appeal to him.

He does have a discretionary budget, it is not small, so I can imagine he will claim that he has to cut funding from something important to pay for his pet project 'cause he never tells the truth.
