they should drug test recipients of corporate welfare as well. If any employee of a corporation that receives tax breaks or special consideration based on their corporate status test positive...then that corporation is no loner eligible for the benefits.

include the stockholders in that rule also.

I'm not exactly sure how this would expand welfare, but it sure would put a lot of money into the pockets of people who make drug testing kits which taxpayers, of course, would have to pay for.

The average Florida population. His testing program cost the state of Florida millions since the tests are paid for by the state unless the test is positive. But Scott doesn't care - he makes a profit from the drug testing company that he OWNS a share of!

The people proposing drug testing for welfare recipients and state workers do NOT care whether or not the tests show anything about those groups - they will make their profits just because the tests are done.
