What's up with Fox News? 80 percent of the following clip

sounds like Elizabeth Warren, as Media Matters points on in the text. They seem pro taxes, pro-putting money into infrastructure, anti-tax avoidance, etc. (Their real target might be those who renounce citizenship to avoid taxes, but the argument is framed by an awareness of how taxes help America as well as individuals.)

Are they changing their tune to seem more moderate so they might sway more independent votes in the fall? Any ideas?
