SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The destruction of Andy Gibson’s rental property was almost inevitable, given his former tenants' history.
George and Jennifer Zimmer have left a messy trail in rentals across two states.

Gibson might have seen some of those claims if he'd searched the web for the family eight months ago.
It wasn’t until January, when Gibson moved to evict the couple and their family — who’d stopped answering his phone calls — that he found a web site devoted to a family that landlords from Florida to Sioux Falls describe as scam artists.
