Which will lead to further litigation that will invalidate the rest of the provisions.

Most will be relieved when only the mandate is overturned. They will feel like we have the best of all possible worlds - all of the good with none of the bad. But it won't work out that way.

I would like for them to keep things as is for now, but knowing the Roberts' court they are prone to overturning precedent and going far beyond what is expected in regards to a judicial decision.

So no, I am not willing to really guess because following the pattern of the Roberts' Court, they most likely will create a hell of a lot more problems than necessary. So it is pretty scary.

If you claim that you know, you're lying. All this goes from wishful thinking to abject cynicism.

I won't play this game. It's pointless except for the confirmation bias after the fact to those who claim, by sheer coincidence, that they predicted it.

It's all piffle, at least until Thursday.

In the meantime, I will

that is if you really understand the mandate. It is really not a mandate...

The mandate is you should have insurance. But if you don't you must add something to your tax bill (e.g. $300.00) but if you decide not to pay that, NOTHING HAPPENS. There is not enforcement mechanism.

If the Justices were honest they would recognize this fact. But you have to deal with the likes of Thomas, Alito and, gasp Scalia.

I'd also guess that, like with Citizens United, they'll overstep their bounds and "legislate from the bench" to hand Obama a huge defeat.
