MSNBC was covering it pretty extensively earlier.

I don't have cable, so I don't normally check other stations (I was streaming MSNBC last night, so I still had the tab open).

Have a safe flight!

Was here for the march. One whole week ago. My sadness is endless but we must keep marching and doing what we can. Would love to be at JFK.

I thought it was about this, at first...

DA: Man kicked Muslim woman at JFK airport, said 'Trump is here now', USA Today 1/27/17

Robin Rhodes, of Worcester, was charged with nine counts including multiple hate crimes for the incident, which occurred in the airport's Delta Sky Lounge ((on Wednesday)).

Brown said Rhodes, who had arrived from Aruba and was awaiting a flight to Massachusetts, approached the office door where a Delta employee was sitting and asked, "Are you (expletive) sleeping? Are you praying? What are you doing?"

Rhodes then punched the door, which hit the back of the woman's chair.

The woman, who was wearing a hijab, asked him what she did to him. Rhodes responded, "You did nothing but I am going to kick your (expletive) ass."

Prosecutors said Rhodes then kicked the woman in the shin. She then went to a corner of the office to get away from him. Rhodes kicked the door, made his way into the office and prevented the woman from leaving.

... Rhodes faces up to four years in prison and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Much more:

This is the energy that needed to come out of the amazing women's march turnout and it cheers my heart and soul to see this immediate and principled response to the reactionary nightmare that is happening to real people's real lives.

Writing and calling senators and reps and all that stuff is good too, don't get me wrong, but movements that make change are based on action and solidarity and this is a great example.

Someone just told me about this a couple hours ago and I am thrilled to see these pics.

xoxoox to everyone involved!

It's COLD in NY, but these people loved their country enough to show that the majority of us are not bigots. We stand together!
