It is suspected that Kennedy will be joining in the writing of the majority decision. If that is the case, it is likely that the decision was 6-3 in favor of upholding the law. If not, then it was 5-4 to strike it down.

I predict, to uphold:

Roberts, Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan, (Alito?)

To strike:

Scalia, Thomas

Alito is the real question, but his partial dissent in the Arizona Immigration law case leads me to believe he's in the mood to grant more power to the Federal government. Best guess, then, 7-2 to uphold.
