with all due respect, I don't think Melania quite comprehends her station.

She probably walked in, held what they told her, and sat where they pointed. Her primary work has been as a model, and that's kind of what their job is.

It's unfortunate she didn't have the wherewithal (or possibly there was a language barrier?) to say "Hey, this is inappropriate." She probably thought she was making a cool picture. I mean she lives in a gold penthouse.
