Enemies of the State

Trump

Pence

Bannon

Conway

Flynn

Rebekah Mercer (bankrolls Bannon/Conway/Trump)

McConnell

Ryan

There are others, of course.

Government can be subverted from within. The people above are doing just that. This is their goal. To destroy America.

They are the enemies of democracy. They are the enemies of America.

Any form of aid or support to the enemy is an attack on the American people.

If you think this is hyperbolic, then you haven't been paying attention.

Or you think you're safe from Trump and what he plans to do.

Lucky you.

Many of us don't have the luxury of your thinking because he has already come after us - for being Muslim, or being GLBT, or being brown, or black, or being a woman.

It will only get worse for us, unless they are stopped and stopped soon.

... I picture them with shaved heads.

That's the traditional punishment for collaborators, is it not?

... to picture Kellyanne being marched through the city, trying to hide her bald scalp.

It's an even more delightful visual when I picture her dressed in her red, white & blue inauguration ensemble as it happens.

Women suffered this fate almost exclusively, even at the hands of men who were themselves collaborators or Johnny-come-lately to the resistance.

So I can't say the same.

It happened, yes. But it wasn't as simple, as clear-cut, as collaborators getting their just deserts.

The worst thing I see happening are those who don't belong to one of the affected groups telling us who are, to "calm down" and "let's see what happens first". I also fear the actions coming from the new "president" will cause minority groups to turn on one another in order to "get theirs" and leave others in the dust. in order to stop this madness, Black people need to support women, gays need to support Native Americans, Jews need to support the disabled, Muslims need to support gays, Women need to support Latinos, the disabled need to support Muslims, and Native Americans need to support African-Americans; basically, if you fall into a minority group, then you better be willing to fight for any minority group! We also need our allies to step forward and announce themselves and prepare themselves to fight with us!

I am white, and I will fight for the rights of, against threats to, and alongside African-, Latino- , Asian-, and Native Americans and other POC.
I am cis-gender, and I will fight for the rights of, against threats to, and alongside trans gender people.
I am able-bodied, and I will fight for the rights of, against threats to, and alongside those who are differently abled, including mental status.
I am male, and I will fight for the rights of, against threats to, and alongside women.
I will fight for the rights of, against threats to, and alongside other minorities, including Muslims and immigrants.
As a gay man, I expect straight people to fight for my rights, against threats to the LGBT, and alongside me and my kind.
As a Jew, I expect non-Jews to fight for my rights, against threats to Jews, and alongside me and my kind.

and McConnell are simply people who disagree on policy. Disagree on how to govern.

They don't want to govern, they want to control.

Trump, Inc are the same. Bannon has said it plainly. He wants to take government down and refit it to how he thinks it should be - and as he is a racist and overall bigot, we know exactly what that means.

Racism isn't simply a matter of a disagreement in governing. It is a dangerous ideology that causes both suffering and death.

And further, not one of them has an ounce of empathy. They will build their self-serving empire on top of millions and millions of dead bodies and not give a damn.

that deep down, Ryan and McConnell (and the rest of the conservatives) are decent people.

They aren't. Never have been. Never will be.

Not likely to happen since America won't even jail war criminals.

I don't expect a lot from those with the power to enact positive change. Other than the people willing to stand and be heard.

But I did want to say what I think about Trump, Inc.

Soon more voter suppression laws will hit some states.

More anti gay laws under the guise of freedom of religion will pop up

More laws to attack a woman's right to choose

More attacks on Muslims

More attacks on brown people

More black people dying at the hands of law enforcement

I'm tired of subversives in government dismantling our democracy and attacking the people.
