There's only 6 thousand of us, so the protest couldn't be major. That said, there's a lot of uninformed nincompoops in town that posted signs for It during the election. So, it would be a pretty small protest.

Sadly.

Though in my neighborhood, he would be under armed guard and very few people would be allowed in the same area as him. Not everyone can get into a venue when a president visits. It is a limited event and people are denied entry - even family members.

I'm on an army post, a political mix of people. But the city where we are located is so red they stain everything.

This post held the first gay marriage ever on an army post. Wasn't legal at the time but that didn't stop the event from happening. It was well attended and well received on post.

It did become legal (same sex marriage) shortly after though.

Now, the people of the city were upset - but fuck them.

islands of Democratic leanings, I would suspect that he could not travel to any of them without significant protests.
