Question: How long does it take to get a visa to enter the US? Does it take longer than one week? If so, then no the "bad guys" would not be able to take advantage of a one week "heads up" on the travel ban...

Edit: And anyway, wasn't Trump himself calling for this ban for the past year or two? Wasn't he himself in effect giving these "bad guys" more than a years notice that the ban would be put into effect?
