Let's not let Trump off easy by simply calling him a figurehead or a pawn.

He may have Steve Bannon whispering orders in his ear but legally he is the President of the United States and the buck stops with him. And his ratification of every suggestion that his underlings give him makes him primarily complicit on everything that goes forward.

Not just him, but he's at the top of the list.

Still, Trump is a puppet in many ways, but he wants the things that are happening because he's a piece of shit.
