Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump fired acting Attorney General Sally Yates Monday night for "refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States," the White House said. ...

Contrary to the article's conclusion in it's opening paragraph, we don't know whether Fuehrer Trump's order was in fact a "legal order". I guess time will tell. If I were a betting person I would put my money on Sally Yates whose been with Justice Dept for over 20 years who was acting within the Justice Department's standing framework of "First do no harm" rather than the impulsive actions of the manchild with the big ego and little hands.

At a minimum, I hope Atty Gen Yates sues her boss for illegal termination and takes him to the cleaners. I'm banking that her track record in the courtroom is going to be better than his.
