We can only hope they don't go nuclear. McCain said he wants to keep filibuster. If that's the case, it may take a while to nominate SC justice. Democrats need to grow a bone, filibuster every SC nominee except Merick Garland. We need to go hard against dems that cave on this.

Here's hoping there is an attack of conscience and patriotism out there.

Which means his constituents gave him some pressure there, but he's still on the record as planned yes vote for Sessions. So, at best it's a little show and zero action.

They need to announce they are switching to independent and will caucus with the Democrats going forward.

She contributed to the obstruction of the Obama presidency. This "moderate" act is only something that shows up when she needs to get reelected.
