I guess that's it. No wonder no one covered it: nothing will happen. The House won't investigate. I thought she was going to give us news, an update on something know now.

Shit. What a waste of my time.

...it's a mistake to view these attempts to establish the rule of law as a 'waste of time.' There will come a time when even republicans will be running over to the Democratic side of the aisle to put this tyrant in his place.

For now, it's the Democrats defending justice and our Constitution. That's what we put them there to do. They deserve our support.

I'm frustrated over trump getting away with his insanity, and the judges' orders not being followed.

I didn't intend ro say that establishing the rule of law as a waste of time. I was saying that there was a big build up for Water's presser, then there is no coverage, and then it's just that she's introducing a bill, when last night it sounded like she was going to provide more information on trump's links to putin. I feel like my time has been wasted.

...I wish you had seen the earlier explanations here of what she was getting at.

I think most of us are looking for is something big to confront Trump. In Rep. Waters' case, she's already hinted at something damaging from the briefing she and others attended, so I'm not surprised, I guess, to find folks looking for some kind of big revelation from her. Completely understandable.

She's really stepped up to the plate and we need a lot of that right now. We need some home runs, touchdowns, three pointers and she's trying her best to win this game

But the pressure is beginning to grow. When the pressure becomes to great for the WH to squelch or ignore, watch out!

I'm not on twitter, so I'm in the dark about this, but why so many exclamation marks in tweets? IMO they weaken the point of the message.

And I love Maxine Waters so much that she can punctuate any way she wants to. This is a question about tweets in general.
