So far there is not a WH petition to remove Bannon from NSC and the White House staff

I would start one, but I'm too furious to make the case in logical bullet points pulling from all the right sources.

Anyone here up for the task?

Surprised they haven't taken it down yet.

BTW, I have been reading on Twitter that Bannon must face Senate approval for that post on the NSC. Ha!

/The law isn't obscure but it dsn't require Senate confirmation to serve on the Principals Committee, which isn't part of NSC as such.

The statute in question does not apply to the attendees of the Principals Committee, for which Bannon was appointed.
