They Are Prisoners In the White House.

I just realized something is missing from the News.

Remember how when a President settles into the White House, and you gets lots of feel-good stories about him and his family beginning to visit DC and, you know, maybe even jog around the neighborhood, visit restaurants, bookstores, etc???

No sighting of Trumpsters out and about. Sure, Ivanka put on some tinfoil and went to a party the other night, but have we seen them in stores, spending money? Eating pie? Playing basketball or walking the dog?

I haven't even seen the Pences.

I think the protests....the sheer numbers have indicated to the Secret Service that currently, they would not be able to contain a spontaneous protest in DC.

Not a damn thing about Melania or Barron settling into the White House routine.

Nothing about family life.

You think that too. I wouldn't be surprised if she's the first woman to divorce a sitting president. This just isn't what she signed up for. She's not a politician's wife, and NOBODY is going to want to hold her hand. It's sad, really. It's not like this is her fault.
