Be in contact with your state and local school boards - GO to the meetings, be up their ass on email and social media.

The PTA may be the only way your school will raise the funds it needs - even if you don't have a kid there, and you can market and fundraise, volunteer.

Be ON them when they try to segregate by income when redrawing school boundaries.

This is the only way we keep the public schools from going under. They need liberals in there keeping it public.

Where I live, they got on every county board, committee & ran for the most mundane offices.
