Jared Kushner is f*cking furious about reduced role and has lost 7 lbs since Inauguration Day

http://www.rawstory.com/2017/01/jared-kushner-is-fcking-furious-about-reduced-role-and-has-lost-7-lbs-since-inauguration-day-report/

President Fuckface Von Pussygrabber’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is reportedly losing a power struggle inside a White House dominated by right-wing extremists. Kushner and his wife, Ivanka Trump, are orthodox Jews who observe the Shabbat, and Vanity Fair reported that some of the president’s most clumsy blunders have come while the couple had stopped working or using technology from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. “To me, that’s not a coincidence,” a source close to Kushner told the magazine.

snip

Kushner is seen as a calming influence on his father-in-law, but his weekly sabbatical has left the president to his own devices for a full day on the weekends. That, so far, has proven disastrous.

Kushner has been seen as the “secure line” so far, a source told Vanity Fair, in a White House dominated by ex-Breitbart chief Steve Bannon and political operative Stephen Miller. But Kushner’s influence may be waning already, the magazine reported. He spent hours last week trying to set up a meeting between his father-in-law and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto to discuss Trump’s proposed border wall — but that all fell apart after Trump tweeted the face-off should be canceled if Mexico was unwilling to pay for the wall. “Kushner was fucking furious,” the source told Vanity Fair.

The source said Kushner had lost seven pounds and grown pale since Inauguration Day, and his relationship with his father-in-law appears to have changed.

“I thought I would need to explain to the business community what a Trump presidency means,” Kushner began. “But the markets seem to have figured it out.” He told the audience about his own process of figuring out Trump’s appeal, saying that he had once lived in a “bubble” on the Upper East Side. He thought about immigration in terms of Silicon Valley’s needs, about education the way Robin Hood Foundation philanthropists did, about climate change in terms of carbon emissions, not mining jobs.

Then, about a year ago, Kushner said, he had started traveling the country with Trump, going to rallies where thousands of ordinary Americans shouted in fury about government regulations and the Common Core curriculum. (And torturing terrorists and locking up his opponent, though Kushner didn’t mention those lines.) The gilded scales fell from his eyes.

As if people not willing to stoop to the level of a cretin like Trump don't have valid concerns? So, what would have happened if he had listened to other "ordinary Americans" with different concerns?

Oh, he's trump's son-in-law and expected better treatment.

He could bring down the entire criminal enterprise.

But he won't, because he loves money. What the Trumps are going to steal from US taxpayers is going to make Dick Cheney's war profiteering look like chump change.

And even if he didn't at first, the arrival on the scene and subsequent ascendancy of Steve Bannon, noted white nationalist and anti-Semite, should have been a really big clue. Of course Kushner shouldn't have to give up his religious observances to ride herd on his deranged father-in-law, but it's become obvious that Bannon is taking advantage of that time to get Trump to do that Kushner might have been able to talk him out of. And it's also obvious that Trump doesn't have any respect for his son-in-law's (and his daughter's) religious observances - otherwise he'd have told Bannon to hold off until he had a chance to talk to Kushner. Nope, Trump doesn't roll that way - he wants what he wants.

But Kushner has been lying down with a big, nasty dog, so he shouldn't be surprised that he's got fleas.

...Bannon is a racist and an anti-Semite in the worst fucking way, and has made no bones about it. Did Kushner think things would be different just because he was married to tRump's daughter? Bannon is a scumbag and views himself truly as "the alternate President." The only reason Bannon hasn't shived Kushner in the back is because he is married to Ivanka. Of course noted, rabid, anti-Semite Bannon is working his nefarious charms during the time Kushner and Ivanka are observing Shabbat... it kills a couple of birds with one Jew-hating stone: (1) he is cagily able to slap Kushner and Ivanka in the face with his anti-Semitism; and (2) minimizes Kushner's ability to be the "saner, calmer" influence on The Orange Anus by using Kushner's religion against him (timing). This also seeks to minimize Kushner's long-term influence over tRump*. Kushner may have pictured himself as tRump's Consigliori, but I assure you, Bannon has other ideas.

Memo to Jared Kushner: You are dealing with a viscious, Jew-hating scumbag, that is using your clueless father-in-law to further his own bigoted, hateful, racist and anti-Semetic agenda. If there was an American version of Auschwitz, and Bannon could walk it past tRump, you'd be on the next rail car. LEARN IT, DUDE.

Then the other day it looked like it will be a fight between Bannon and Flynn.

I guess it'll be Bannon trying to gain top dog status over the two of them.

We'll see if blood is thicker than Bannon's breath.

32. Trying To Protect Himself and His Wife
Tue Jan 31, 2017, 08:27 PM

This is nothing more than BS meant to protect Jared Kushner and his wife. Kushner and his wife, although being advertised as a moderating force, have never been a moderating force. Trump is the same today as he was when he was on the campaign trail. Trump would have said and done what he said and did even if Jared Kushner and his wife had been in contact with him. They had contact with him on the campaign trail and he did and said the same things as he is saying now.

It is possible that Kushner and his wife did not realize how unpopular Trump would be once he got into the White House. They realize he could take them down with him and they are now trying to distance themselves from him. Is Kushner really furious, or is he just trying to get himself and his family to the lifeboats before the ship sinks? It is also possible that Kushner and his wife are playing a game of good cop bad cop with Donald as the bad cop and they as the good cops. However, I do not believe Jared Kushner is losing power in the White House. I think he and his wife just want to salvage their careers and family businesses.
