What did I miss? It's 2 PM here, and I've had 5 hours sleep in the last 2 days. California could have seceded and then blown up the San Adreas fault to have a natural border, and I would have missed that, too.

I referred to their excuse that they blocked Garland due to the fact that it was Obama's last year of his presidency, and pointed out that there had been other cases where a Supreme Court Justice was nominated and confirmed in the last year of the presidency of other presidents, some of whom were Republican.
