Rs Repealing Laws Is A Double Win For Them

Let us not forget that the sausage-making process of writing and enacting legislation involves compromise. All of these D-inspired regulations that are being rescinded were enacted as legislation that included compromises to the Rs to garner votes to pass the legislation.

Looks to me like the Rs are getting rid of the parts of legislation they don't like while leaving in place the R-friendly compromises that were added to the legislation. Unless they totally gut and rescind an entire act of Congress, they are having their cake and eating it, too.
