Newly discovered obscure book by George Orwell

Not much of a best-seller, some ridiculous far- fetched plot about an ego-maniac , self-centered businessman becoming leader of the free world and setting about destroying it.

And I'm not looking on Amazon... I hate Amazon and would rather spend a good 90 minutes or more (each) in a variety of small independent booksellers who carry used books. Maybe a library has it.
