Most of the women who are Trump supporters attend evangelical churches that for the better part of 30+ years have been indoctrinating people into the mindset that the GOP is God's party and the Dems are baby killing socialists. They have zero concept of what the actual agenda of the GOP is, they have no understanding for why millions of women would want to take to the streets to oppose Trump, and they will twist themselves into pretzels to support him, even in the most dispicable ways...see how they totally excused and ignored the p*ssy grabbing video. It's not just women, they just happen to be sucked into this same indoctrinated world view. But women are particularly susceptible in this environment because they are taught from the time they are children that women should submit to men. But all of these evangelicals truly believe that the best hope for this nation is to "turn back to God" and they readily use Old Testament scripture to justify that position by mentally substituting America for Israel. They have been brought up to believe that not only is this a "Christian Nation" but God's chosen nation. All of that sounds ludicrous to anyone who hasn't lived within and experienced this first hand. Mix into this a lack of any real substantial education on how this country was founded and the reasons behind the ideals of "religious liberty" that the founders fought for vigorously, and you have a mailable, uneducated populace across a broad swath of the country who will excuse and support any and every GOP candidate, including Donald Trump...no matter how appalling and anti-Christian they might be!

Their world view is very different from ours. They have been taught that being a submissive wife and "good" mother is their only appropriate role.

I can't even begin to describe the hostility I feel toward them. They have destroyed our future. I don't even want to be on the same planet with them, let alone the same country.

I wish the interviewer had asked a good many more pointed questions so we could see how they squirm and strain to make excuses for the orange man-baby. Those questions were softballs.

I'd love to tell them that their sheer awfulness inspires me to resist even MORE.
