The GOP has allowed coal companies to poison West Virginia rivers. Did Manchin have a position on that issue?

no matter the show (just on Wolf Blitzer) is, the Democrats are the problem,and he always goes on to scold them and describes how they should kiss the asses of Trump and the RepubliCONS.
