When Republicans were looking to overturn one of President Obama's executive orders, the challengers (Republican governors) successfully introduced a public statement Obama had made in reference to the order, helping to overturn it. Turns out the courts are applying the same rules to each side. Which I'm sure President Trump will deem to be unfair in a series of late night tweets that practically reek of alcohol.

stop pretending *Judges* like we don't know the true motivation behind this. The man says he wants to institute a ban against Muslims....he does so using Obama's list as "cover"....Gooliani spills the beans and Trashpot reiterates it in a video interview...WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE??

But he wanted the ban to look legal. He asked for Ghouliani for advice on how to carry out the ban.

Ghouliani's saying that showed that drumf, indeed, was looking to ban solely on religion.

And this was not a misquote in a news article...it was said in a TV interview and came straight from Ghouliani who is no doubt now kicking himself (and drumf is probably wanting to kick him, also).

Most people play checkers. Obama was said to have played 11th dimensional chess. Trump and company have yet to master Chutes and Ladders.

I can't even stand when newscasters I like are yucking it up on the air, much less a RW ghoul and a FoxGal.

To paraphrase: Rudy brags that in that past week, Trump had done more than Rooseveldt did in a hundred days. Pirro agrees enthusiastically, they both start chortling delightedly, and says she knows it, he not only hit the ground running, he's been airborne since the first 24 hours. Rudy says he knows it, they both know Trump personally (how cozy), "This man doesn't sleep!"

Then Rudy's off on the roll in the quote above.
