1. He doesn't even comprehend how U.S. dollars work, so the idea of implementing a new currency is likely beyond him.
2. He can't issue an executive order unless Bannon writes it, so he's a slave to Bannon's timetable. Though watching lawyers attempt to defend a Trump written executive order in court could make for an entertaining reality TV show.
