who will enforce all of Pres. Bannon's executive orders and whatever will come out of the Supreme Court once they fill Scalia's vacancy (please oh please, Dems, filibuster that nomination and don't cave even if they do threaten and use the nuke option).

And, of course, 40 more to back them up so it can't be overruled?

We are in a very scary moment of our history. As days bleed one into the other since Jan. 20th, they get increasingly scary.

We are already complacent in that we are already not doing enough to register our opposition. I'm not sure there is an "enough" that doesn't involve the loss of human lives. To me, it is that scary.

There is a relatively small push for a national strike on February 17th. Not enough people are embracing that -- understandably so. We all have other responsibilities, other things going on or needing our attention in our lives. Many of us have limited resources.

How do we fight off and defeat this evil thing?

We did this to ourselves in so many ways since Reagan. I always thought that enough people would wake up. Instead the voters got more stupid.

They want us paralyzed. Instead, they are planting seeds for their own resounding defeat.

Assuming, of course, that you're an obscenely wealthy white septuagenarian male.
