Trump, Commander-in-Chief of the US-military, does not know what the START-treaty is.

The START-treaty. I don't even have to google this as back-up because anybody with a basic knowledge about the Cold War knows that this is a treaty between the US and the Soviet-Union (resp. Russia) to limit the number of nuclear weapons on both sides. And everybody knows that the treaty has been prolonged over and over again through the decades.

Donald Trump, a man who lives in the past, a man who has the power to launch a nuclear attack and is a big fan of Russia's current President, does not know what the START-treaty is.

But he has a false idea what it's about and (based on his fact-free hunch) thinks it's a bad deal.

I'll just leave this here:

The phone call with Putin has added to concerns that Trump is not adequately prepared for discussions with foreign leaders.

is not adequately prepared for discussions with foreign leaders." Ya think? And the foreign leaders know that, too.

One has to hope the other world leaders know who they are dealing with, a non-rational, very immature, not ready for prime time president. The worry for me is what happens when a not so rational leader of a country (such as North Korea) intentionally provokes this maniac. What will his response be? What will the response of his advisers be to him? Will they attempt to think logically and rationally or just go along with his insane rantings and start a conflict?
