Right after confirming Jeff Sessions as Attorney General - a man previously ruled to be too racist to be a judge - Mitch McConnell moved immediately to invoke cloture on Tom Price's nomination.

As Chair of the House Budget Committee, Tom Price introduced a budget that would have slashed Medicare's budget by $449 billion and Medicaid by $1 trillion.

Price is a right-wing ideologue who has said:
"We will not rest until we make certain that government-run health care is ended."

If Price is confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services, a man who wants to destroy Medicare will be in charge of running it.

The final vote on Tom Price is scheduled for TOMORROW MORNING.
