Help me become a sanctuary

I have one of those online minister certificates. I am a shamanic healer. I live upstate NY, on 40 acres. I can put up cabins, or tents in the summer. But I would have to be a formal religious group, right?? Can anyone tell me how to do this??

I don't care if I go to jail. I can't stand still and watch people who have lived her for years and do no harm get deported.

Although I guess a group could provide you with some support.

I believe the Episcopal church is dealing with how to become sanctuaries. I know my church is. If there's a liberal Episcopal church near you, you could ask. We welcome all people, even non-believers.
