Why didn't the Democrats immediately call a press conference and denounce all this?

People tend to tune that out.

I'm kinda liking the way this is working. I know about 6-8 people, new to politics, who suddenly are getting up every morning and devouring articles like the fantastic ones you leave around here every day. I dont believe they would watch any press conference.

Six of them made history in Washington by participating in the Historic Women's March.

I'm not quite sure that I have ever seen or felt anything like this, and I am old. But, I am loving it!

It's easier to let the fool dig his own hole.

It's kinda like having to listen to your crazy uncle rant at the Christmas party...you can get outta there quicker if you just avoid getting engaged in the crazy.

That being said...I would love to know who was in the room. They (democrat and republican) must really be getting a little panicky about the situation.

I know I am.

No way, no how, would not never do that.

I read all your posts! I love your work! I am inspired by your passion and enthusiasm. And by those same qualities in so many of my fellow democrats, lately.

Seriously. I just woke up this morning with a sense that forces may be quietly working to save us from this disaster. I feel so calm today...just trying to share.

But let's let Assface dig his whole wide as well as deep. We got a lot of fake elephants to catch!

They know we don't have their backs and get more spineless. Republicans don't do that, and they win. I think they all think they are doing the right thing and we can't expect to agree with them on everything, especially stuff like this. They didn't get mad enough about the Pocahontas insult. Let's worry them about that.

They're both useless assholes, unworthy of my time and energy.

The Democratic senators who were in that meeting and who listened to trump vilify Senator Warren without any apparent objection---they're a different matter. They'll be hearing from me on Monday, for damned sure. I encourage other Democrats to do the same.

space. Try to imagine a corporate meeting or any meeting with the owner of the company there and he goes off on a crazed rant...would you speak up right then and there and go at it? With people being people I'm not surprised that nobody took on Trashpot right then and there. Some of these folks are in red districts...of course that plays into it too. GUARANTEED as soon as they were all outta there they ALL said what a fucking nut this guy is...and they all need to get the fuck on board with taking this guy down....whether out front and center or behind the scenes...a takedown better be in the works... That better be going on..and please nobody tell me different it's what I say to myself to maintain my sanity.
