$millions. The grade has to be determined, then the profile, then the construction staking.

A lot of engineers, surveyors and contractors are republicans. It's gonna go to the lowest bidder, and it's gonna have to be broken up into 100s of contracts or there are gonna be a lot of pissed of republican voters in Texas.

If anyone is doing any work on it right now, it's probably not legal. Has there been funding allocated for this project.

It will be no bid contracts to a very few with cost plus built into it. No Republicans will be pissed about it as long as we're "keeping the damn Mexicans out!"

And I believe Mitch McTortoise said Congress won't fund it.
