Woman Would Have To Get Rapist's Permission For Abortion If Law Passed?

Now if a law is passed forcing a woman to get written permission from her partner or husband to get a abortion would she also have to get permission from her rapist as well? RW Christians supporting such legislation demand NO exceptions with abortion bans. It also seems to be that rapists would have visitation rights.

How many ways will the GOP find to punish women and make them non persons in the eye of the law. Even now women who are raped can be denied emergency contraception care based on faith or conscience. I am sure that religiously affiliated hospitals already adhere to this policy.

So I still do not understand why so many women still vote for GOP.
