The first I'd heard her name recently was Monday morning by Joe Scarborough. He was comparing Stephen Miller's Sunday morning talk show performance to Susan Rice's just after BENGHAZI!

Coincidence?

Susan Rice did say that the BENGHAZI tragedy may have resulted from a video.
Where did she get that? The CIA.

That was one of the CIA talking points on BENGHAZI.
Was it the CIA spit balling? Covering for sources? Diplomatic verbiage?

Susan Rice and the Obama administration didn't come up with that on their own.
