Its dark at midday in parts of China due to the unregulated air pollution, and although downtown Los Angeles wasn't that bad back in the 70s, the smog burned my eyes and made it hard to breathe. There will be jobs if the polluters win, manufacturers of protective HASMAT equipment will be hiring. Tap water isn't safe to drink, so we'll all have to buy bottled water, and everyone will need to wear breathing masks.
