Even Judy Woodruff on The Newshour led off this bit by saying that he called on this black woman saying, "this will be a bad question." Judy looked distressed.

(291 posts)That's because the woman is April Ryan, a reporter for MSNBC-which he considers "bad". That was only the beginning of a terrible exchange on his part. She asked about the CBC (Congressional Black Caucus), he didn't know what it was. Then, he asked her if they were friends of hers and if she would schedule a meeting for him with them.
