Trump using his Jewish daughter and son in law as beards to deflect charges of anti-semitism is offensive as is his using Bibi Netanyahu as a character reference. Bibi is the Prime Minister of Israel. He's not the Jewish Pope. I don't know any American Jews who look to the thrice married right wing nationalist leader for spiritual leadership.

I also see that Trump and the GOP are blaming the BDS movement for the increase in anti-semitism. I find BDS problematic because it punishes all Israelis for governmental actions that a lot of them oppose just as I would oppose a boycott of American products because we have a government led by Trump. This is wholly different than boycotting Trump products. Any way it's a red herring.

The BDS proponents aren't defacing synagogues, making bomb threats to JCCs, and photoshopping images of Trump leading his Jewish critics to the gas chamber.

To put it colloquially Trump is just a low life. His playing footsie with Jew haters is just one manifestation of it.
