OK Highway Patrol targeting Latinos

I can't find a way to copy the FB page to DU but this is what has been reported:

That Highway Patrol is pulling over Latinos at the Southbound I-35 exit at SE 44th Street. They waived me through but stopped both cars carrying Latinos behind me. I pulled over at a nearby store to confirm. They had two cars already pulled over as well. Two people including a woman were standing separated. The guy in red was filming it on his phone.

There was a picture of the scene.

Someone had posted this on Indivisible Oklahoma's FB page.

it is blatantly unconstitutional. Even for a brief detention, the stop has to be based on an articulable suspicion of wrongdoing - and the suspicion cannot be created merely because of the race of the person. (The other exception - no applicable here - is an administrative stop in which everyone is stopped e.g. alcohol check-point stops)

Driving While Mexican. I had an old pickup truck that a farm worker might drive. The cops pulled me over, saw I was Anglo, and said, "Never mind. Drive safely."
