Take the shuttle bus between those areas! It'd be a lot cheaper - even after factoring in the tip you gotta give the driver to manage your bags

Including basically shutting down all air traffic within 10 miles or so (not sure of the radius).

A jet aircraft burns a lot of fuel at a low altitude, and you'd barely make it to 10,000 for a 40-mile trip. And just taking off in a 747 sucks Jet-A like crazy. Why not take a helicopter, or drive?

But of course, one has to make the grand entrance...

But for 'Bling power', it's hard to beat Air Force One.

While the 747 is an aging aircraft, if configured for passengers it probably gets around 70-80 miles per gallon per person. This is unlike the newer commercial aircraft that are 90-100 MPG/Person. Takeoffs pollute the most and normal airport landing fees are in the thousands of dollars.

He gave a speech at the Ft. Worth Chamber of Congress. They went by motorcade to Carswell AFB for the 13 minute flight to Dallas.
