How many, and who, of the incoming cabinet secretaries will be gone by summer? By year's end?

I think Tillerson will bag it. He's hanging out there with his ass cheeks bare and blowing in the wind.

Trump is pretty hands off in the fact he has no idea what you're doing unless you bother to tell him. If you have a power trip and want to run your own program then he's probably great to work with in that he won't call you...ever.

The secretaries I see leaving are those directly in conflict with Bannon's policies. Where basically you get all your shots called for you. So yeah Tillerson is a good bet to say why bother I don't have a say.
