I think he wanted Ellison. Especially since he tweeted about him in time for the DNC chair debate. Either way, he just wants to insert himself into everything. And that comment can go a couple different ways. Is it an insult to the Democrats or the Republicans? The old guard vs. new guard stuff. It's a lame attempt to bait.

stopped his tweet after I could not be happier for him. But no - he has to be a smart aleck and a bully and make a snide remark. He's not funny. He's not presidential. And he wonders why his approval numbers are tanking.
