How do we even let a Russian spy in the Capital in September?

In the heat of the widely reported Russian meddling in the election, Sessions decides to have a known Russian spy into his office for a chat, that no one can remember what was said? Should we maybe not give spy's access to where all of our Senators meet? Forget the fact he can't remember or what was said - I hope they were smart enough to lock up the silver.
