lots of agencies with fingers in it, and most public servants/government 'bureaucrats' want to do the right thing. I suspect they/'we,' including the military, will save us from trumpetc.

is done. It seems like exactly the sort of thing Bannon/Trump would do to distract from the horrible Russia press but I hope that it's over.
