Juan Thompson: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know - Bomb threats

Juan Thompson has been arrested in connection with eight bomb threats made against Jewish Community Centers. According to the FBI, the 31-year-old left the threats as part of a cyberstalking “campaign.” Meanwhile, a Twitter account owned by a Juan Thompson claims some threats were made by his ex-girlfriend. The FBI believe he made at least eight of the threats, but this likely doesn’t account for all the bomb threats that have been made against JCCs since January.

1. And, notably, this Juan Thompson is not Hunter Thompson's son.

Same name. Different people. One is unknown, and the other is the son of a rather famous person. So, if you search for "Juan Thompson" on Google, you're more likely to find Hunter Thompson's son.

Proceed with caution.

2. How certain are you that the person in the photo is the person in the story?

Unless it is confirmed, I wouldn't use any photos at this time.

If you look at the recent tweets, it has to be the same guy.

You may not remember, but many mistakes have been made in similar instances. That could be the person, or it might not be. Why not wait for better confirmation?

The guy is talking about visits from the FBI and the Secret Service in the last few weeks for bomb threats.

7. No, I have not. I generally wait for news reports from

sources I trust before doing stuff like that. I remember too many mistakes that have hurt innocent people. So, I do not know, but I'm sure I will soon enough.

Uff da! Yet another stain on that website, which is already stained by its founders.

Welcome to reality, I guess. As things unfold, there are often surprises, aren't there?

10. Isn't everyone at the Intercept really a Trump supporter?

That's what I hear, anyhow. The propaganda arm of the Faux-Left, I believe. And to think we saw it unfold before our very gullible eyes...

In fact his Twitter feed indicates the exact opposite. Wanting something to true doesn't make it so.

Because the right will take this as evidence of a "false flag" operation, and in this thread, we hint at "false flag false flag".

I'm just glad the guy will likely go to jail.
