Alan Dershowitz says Jeff Sessions will be a damaged Attorney-General.

On MSNBC, the conservative lady's show, and they were discussing recusals and how Nancy Pelosi compared a recusal to an admission of guilt. They were emphatic with their disagreement.

But, they also said that Sessions did not come forward until it had already been public, and that he should have come forward on his own? Dershowitz indicated that Sessions would be a weak and damaged Attorney-General.

A pretty lousy trait if you're supposed to be upholding justice.
He ought to just hang it in.

But I agree with the rest. Sessions participation creates a conflict of interest and by default he should have recused himself.

At least, he'll have a little honor left?

But, it is no small matter when the Attorney-General, the highest law-officer in the land, lies under oath.

He should do himself a favor and resign.

The AG is over the FBI, and since he lied about being in contact with the Russians during the campaign, his actions to this point on directing the FBI on their investigation of the Russian hack, can't be trusted.

Not only does he need to resign, his actions since becoming AG need to be investigated.
