Some call it Treason......and they are right

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

as to "treason"' which in American legal tradition is strictly defined and can only occur in a time of war.. We are not at war with Russia.

Plenty of other reprehensible and jailable offenses are rumored. Let's go after them.

Exchanging classified information with a hostile state would form the basis of a charge of espionage.

Not sure what crime is committed when one political party conspires with a hostile state to hack confidential information of another political party, in return for a relaxed application of US policy vis a vis that hostile state.

But whatever crime that is, that's one of the crimes that Trumpco is likely guilty of.
