Regarding the wall. With the right tools they can make holes in it sooner or later. And all that

Money to build it will be for nothing, if it ends up looking like swiss cheese.

never mind that no wall can keep people from coming here with proper paperwork and simply not leaving when it expires, which is how it usually happens....

The best way to prevent undocumented immigration is to work to make their home countries more stable and economically prosperous. Remove the incentive to leave and come here for a better life and most people will stay where they are from as that's where their family and friends are. But that requires our government not be filled with lots of selfish asshats like the Republican party.
