Question - is the MSM a willing or unwilling aid to this tsumami of gaslighting and lies?

Do they realize they are doing it? Do they care?

The trumpsters are wiping the floor with it. Whether it is the Huckabee Sanders woman (with Raddatz today, the clip I just watched), or the indisputable gaslight queen, or the tears of Van Jones - truth does not matter. Arguing does not matter. The people get on the shows, spew the lies - and they are out there, and it doesn't matter what is said, what evidence is brought to bear.

This is really a master class in vile propaganda we are witnessing.

the question is....what is the right approach to counter this? Stop the interviews (that would help) - or just get the cut mic switch ready to go? Or is this just the manipulation by the right wing of a fault in all humans - that lies when oft repeated become truth.

No answers here...but so glad I don't watch TV!

MSM love the entertainment value and appealing to both liberals and conservatives whether or not one side is more accurate and truthful while the other side is peddling lies and imaginary conspiracies.

Otherwise, they could have shut down the racist anti-Obama birther nonsense years ago instead of letting it fester

When all of this is over, we will need laws to be passed about fake news. One would think that already the FCC would be able to do something about it.

We must remember that a TV network bragged about tRumps lies being good for ratings and a huge circulation newspaper said it was great for increased circulation. 'Nuff said.
