(146,338 posts)1. I haven't heard much chatter about it on social media.
I know of nobody who will take part, and I have a large circle of friends on Facebook, most of them women. Nobody has even mentioned it so far, and they definitely talked a lot about the Women's March the day after the Inauguration.
I'm afraid this may not be as dramatic a statement as it might have been.

The best response was how about we have a give women a raise day. This came from a woman currently applying to be a junior CIO for another woman.

(11,996 posts)4. Huh - not much interest at all. Even a few other people who went to the March in DC weren't aware.
Strange - I thought this was 'the next thing'.
